Ingredients

4 fish fillets (such as tilapia, cod, salmon, or any white fish of your choice)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional)

Preparation

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Prepare Fish:

  • Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  • Place the fillets in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.

Make the Seasoning:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Season the Fish:

  • Drizzle the seasoned olive oil mixture over the fish fillets, making sure to coat them evenly on both sides. You can use a brush or your hands to spread the mixture evenly.

Bake the Fish:

  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the fish for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and is opaque all the way through.

Serve:

  • Once the fish is cooked through, remove it from the oven.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley or dill if desired and serve the fish hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the fish.

This baked fish recipe is not only easy to make but also healthy and flavorful. You can serve it alongside steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad for a complete and satisfying meal.

in accordance with the riches of God's grace. Ephesians 1:7
